Online payment by card via LiqPay (Visa / Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay). No commission charged.

Cash on delivery: prepayment of 200 UAH, the remaining amount is paid upon receipt (cash or card to the courier). The courier charges an additional fee.

  • For orders from 1,000 UAH, payment is divided into 3 installments;

Delivery

Self-pickup from production (Kharkiv) — free of charge.
Nova Poshta in Ukraine: to branch, courier, or parcel locker — at carrier rates, 1–4 days.
Nova Poshta to Poland — from 350 UAH.
Ukrposhta in Ukraine — 4 to 7 days.
International Ukrposhta — from 500 UAH.
Orders that are formed and paid are shipped within 1–5 business days. Orders on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt if:

  • the item has not been used;

  • it retains its original appearance, consumer properties, tags, and packaging.

Conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

  • When returning goods of proper quality, delivery is paid by the buyer.

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect or wrong assortment — we cover delivery costs.

Return procedure:

  • Contact the manager on Viber/Telegram: +380 67 169 41 28.

  • Provide the reason for return/exchange and send photos.

  • Agree on the compensation method (to card or store credit).

  • Send the item to:

Refund timeframes:

  • Up to 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

  • Up to 14 days if the return form is missing (due to identification complexity).

Restrictions:

  • Non-returnable items: underwear, bodysuits, sale items, and products used or with damaged tags.


Guarantee

Manufacturing defects or wrong assortment are fully compensated.
If you receive the wrong size/article — replacement or return at our expense.
All products are made at Arturela’s own production facility (800 m², full sewing cycle).
